Hard decisions live in the tension between competing truths — growth vs. stability, speed vs. thoroughness, what’s right vs. what’s survivable. No single AI voice holds all of that at once. Conclave is a council.
Seven archetypes, each chosen because they see differently:
- Arnold Schwarzenegger — discipline, immigrant hunger, no Plan B
- Steve Jobs — taste, simplicity as sophistication, reality distortion
- Warren Buffett — long-term value, what compounds vs. what erodes
- Nelson Mandela — justice, patience, leading through suffering
- Demis Hassabis — first principles, intelligence as a lever
- Sun Tzu — terrain, timing, asymmetric advantage
- Jeff Bezos — customer obsession, reversible vs. irreversible doors
Each council member has a persona spec, a decision framework, a source bibliography (books, speeches, letters, interviews), and a per-persona vector store trained on the actual source material.
When I convene the council, an orchestrator takes the situation, retrieves relevant context from each persona’s store, runs their framework, collects all seven responses, and synthesizes a Council Verdict — consensus points, key disagreements, recommended actions.
If all seven agree, you probably asked a boring question.
